Weekly goals let's go!!

I've hit a stall so my goals this week are based on getting out of it!
-Up my protein...only getting around 40grams per day, I'm going to try for 60 grams per day!
-Must up my fluids and keep track of them!
-Keep carbs under 40grams per day
-Exercise at least 3 times this week (I failed last week)

Late! But here we go!
Last week I pretty much killed my goals (sleep related and exercise related). Going to keep up exercise goals for good measure and add in some eating/nutrition goals because that is where I struggled last week. I was good for the most part (and still down 2!) but I could have been A LOT better (mostly on the weekend).
Exercise: This week I am going to try for 5 times at Pure Barre and 4 hours of cardio! (2 Pure Barres down so far!)
Eating/Nutrition: No food past 9pm. No snacking. One snack per day. Trying to not go off plan at all this week! I will allow myself one semi-cheat meal in moderation on the weekend but thats it!
