Weekly goals let's go!!

Ok here I go

This week I will purposefully work out 5 times, between today and sunday.

This week I will hit a minimum of 6,500 steps on my pedometer 5 out of 7 days.

This week I will keep my water at a minimum of 12 cups.

Hi Ms. Shell...glad to see you missed you over the weekend...however your stand-in, shag-doll was great.  

Goals:

I will work out five out of seven days.

I will drink at least 80 oz. of water.

I will start using MFP

I will weigh everyday.

I am just out of the gate ladies and my goal is WATER... to get this water thing down with out others prompting me to drink.

Now that I have a better control of my protein it is time to focus on others.

1. I will get all my vitamins in all week long

2. Manage at least 6 glasses of water a day.

3. I will start slowly on an exercise program.

Well, I missed a couple of goals last week, but it is time for a new week, and new goals.

1. Shoot for being in bed by 10:30 on work nights (unless I get a nap).

2. Get some "new" work clothes, the current ones are about to fall off of me.

3. Practice the Waltz with DH from our instructional DVD at least twice before our next dance class on Saturday night.

4. Do at least one 6 mile walk/run this week.

Rebooting ......

Goal for this week are:

I will work out six out of seven days.

I will drink at least 100 oz. of water.

Keep it to 600-800 calories a day

70-80 grams of protein

Less than 40 carbs

I will start my journal and MFP

I will weigh everyday.

Gym - 5 days this week even though I am going to be busy as hell

Food - More veggies, Get Fat to a consistent level, less snacks after dinner, chew my food better

Sleep - Get at least 6, preferrably 8 hours each night
