Damn Mondays

B: "diet" chicken parm. This was really delicious, it didn't really feel "diet" to me, but that's what the recipe called it, lol. For a LARGE serving with roasted cauliflower it's 192cal, 31protein and 7.5carb. I didn't have the roasted cauliflower with it today because I ate all the fresh cauliflower this weekend, lol.

S: more chicken parm

L: yup, even more!

D: either sirloin tips and Brussels sprouts, or chicken I have in the crockpot, but I won't be home until at least 10:30 so not sure.

water: 12 so far

vitamins: still need 2 calcium doses

exercise: umm working from 8am-10pm every day this week, not to mention docs still haven't cleared me so that's a double no

NEXT!

Well for some reason I have decided to name my sleeve Edgar.  I think it is because Edgar gave me trouble yesterday...and I needed to vent at someone or something so Edgar was born.  He did not like the lean center cut porkchop I tried to feed it last night.  It was such an eye opener because I learned I am eating less than what I thought...oh well...yes Edgar did not like the pork chop...I think it wasn't moist enough...crock pot it is from now on.

B:  Tilapia and Cottage Cheese

S:  Fudgsicle

L:  Tilapia, LC wedge, and Cottage Cheese

S:  Fudgsicle

D:  Um yep Tilapia, Cottage Cheese and Sweet Green Peas

S:  Fudgsicle

V:  Done

Water...well maybe 40 oz...trying

Exercise:  Richard Simmons and I have a date later today...

Hello, all.

Yesterday we had company over for dinner, and one of the guests was ill when he arrived, so that kind of threw things off-kilter for my last meal of the day.  Ended up substituting four RF string cheeses two hours later than planned, but my numbers still looked really good for yesterday.  As for today ...

1:  .75 cup Jimmy Dean turkey sausage scrambles (for a change), two egg whites fried in scant cooking spray, 1 wedge LC RF cheese

2:  two Sargento RF string cheese sticks, 1 wedge LC RF cheese

3:  3 oz 98% FF deli turkey, 1 wedge LC RF cheese

4:  4 oz canned chicken, and .... you guess yet? ... 1 wedge LC RF cheese, four Boston lettuce leaves if I can

Metamucil Clear and Natural is sprinkled about the day as well.  :-/

vitamins:  on track

fluids:  going for at least 80 oz again

exercise:  recumbent bike

Question, how far do you all space your meals and snack apart? I get really busy at work and would like to know how often you al  eat.  Thx

I'm a SAHM, FWIW.  I eat at 7-8am, 11am, 2pm, 5-6pm.

Edited to add that obviously I'm still in weight loss mode, so I only eat those four meals a day.
