L: eggface's bacon and egg salad with two finn crisp multigrain crackers
S: BH turkey pepperoni (10 slices) and a cojack cheese stick
D: spaghetti squash and TJ's "just the sauce" turkey bolognese with a little part skim ricotta cheese
S: SF popsicles
Water: 32oz down...filling up again now!

L: Manwich with Ground Beef (no bun)

D: Filet Mignon (for my hubby's birthday)

S: Syntrax Nectar "Twisted Cherry" protein powder mixed with 16 ounces of water (I'm trying this for the first time)
OMG, this sh** is nasty!!!! It's all clumpy!!!!! I'm gagging but I need protein so I'm going to choke it down!
