B - cottage cheese
L - DH's burger patty w/cheese and asparagus
D - fajitas without the tortilla probably at Chuy's
S - jerky, kale chips (hubby makes them, delish!), maybe yogurt tonight if my sweet tooth comes around

L- tuna, 1/2 hard boiled egg, 1 olive, 3 green beans

S- ostrim teriyaki. Stick

D- not sure yet, prolly leftovers from lunch

I got some power today!

B:  1 Greek Strawberry Yogurt - Dannon, 1 small banana, coffee

S:  Handful of Pistachios

L: 3 pieces of Buffalo Wild Wings, 2 very small pieces of French bread

S: 1 Hershey Almond Bar

D:  1 Egg Foo Yong,white rice

Water:  5 cups - I'm working it Ms Shell.

Vitamins: yes 

Exercise:  Give me sometime, I'll start soon!
