B: South Beach peanut butter snack bar...not the best but I was being lazy
L: they are having "baked potato bar" day at my work cafeteria so I went up there and got a small side order of chicken chili (they use it to top the potatoes). Got some scallions, a little shredded cheese, and a dollop of sour cream for on top of it. It's not bad! Too damn cold to venture outside for lunch today
S: co-jack reduced fat cheese stick w/ two finn Crisp multigrain crackers
D: Making pork chops tonight! Probably going to make these pesto/cheese stuffed ones I found on Pinterest. All ingredients are low cal...calls for using string cheese to stuff them with but I have some reduced fat mozz that I will use Cous cous will be made for the hubz but I'll probably steam some brussel sprouts for myself. yummo!
S: going out tonight to a coffee lounge with girlfriends so maybe a coffee and a SF popsicle when I get home?

Water: trying to be more accountable with how much I drink, so far I've only had 16oz but I also had a coffee this morning!

Exercise: I have to get my booty moving! I've been slacking so bad lately. I am going to do either a Wii workout or my treadmill (I hate my treadmill). I am ordering a recumbent exercise bike today on Amazon! I'm excited!

1: veggie burger patty, 1 wedge LC RF cheese, 2 egg whites fried in scant cooking spray
2: two Sargento RF string cheese sticks. .25 c green beans
3: 6 oz Fage fat-free Greek yogurt with 1 Tbsp Torani SF syrup -- flavor to be determined from amongst the several bottles sitting on my kitchen countertop :)
4: veggie burger patty, 1 wedge LC RF cheese, 3 egg whites fried in scant cooking spray
MFP says this adds up to 620 calories, 82g protein, 32g carbs (higher than I like, but c'est la vie today), 26g fat.
I don't eat meat on Fridays, but since it's only me and grandson home for dinner tonight I'm not making our usual fish dinner. Just making a protein-rich safe meal for myself and something yummy for my dear little man.

fluids: on track -- striving once again for at least 80 oz
exercise: bike only today, because my knee is hurting again
