Good morning everyone!!  My off Friday is off to a great start.  I rolled out of bed and went for my last session with the Personal Trainer.  I made another Maria recipe and now after I post I'll be making some pumpkin soup!

B:  Sandwich Wrap; Egg; Cheese
S:  1/2 Cup Pumpkin Soup
L:  Beef Stroganoff (no cabbage); Mini Peppers
S:  ??
D:  Salmon; Spinach

Water:  8/12
Vitamins:  On track
Exercise:  Weights DONE; Couch to 5K later this afternoon

B: Half a ThinThin protein bar, 3oz cottage cheese

S: Mandarin Orange

L: Leftover chicken stirfry

S: Hardboiled egg white and 80cals worth of Greek yogurt

D: Not sure but will stay on plan!

 

Exercise: Finished Core Barre and doing RPM at 4:00

B: cup of coffee w 1/3 cup 1%organic milk, 1 scoop Syntrax mint cookie

L: 1.5oz organic grass-fed beef with 1/2 of an egg,spinach,ham & cheese "muffin"

S: Same as lunch, maybe another cup o' Joe

D: Stuffed pepper

S: Maybe coffee, protein shake, etc

V: done after afternoon snack

W: shooting for 100oz

E: night off, C25K tomorrow and a hike at the interpretive center with the fam...too damned cold to kayak :0(

Damn gurl, you are on here earlier today.  I freaking  it!!!  You are doing so awesome with your goals.  One of these days I will get my life in order and get back on track with my workouts.  Maybe I can start next week when I hope my cold will be a thing of the past ... I hope!!!

You are flexing today, aren't you Ms. Shell?  Awesome for you!!!! 

B: Oh!!!  My Starbucks partner at work just emailed me and asked me to go to Starbucks with her.  Sorry to say I will skip breakfast (I know, not the best idea) but I want my Starbucks Iced Coffee.  SF Vanilla syrup w/ a splash of nonfat milk please!

S: Tomato Basil String Cheese maybe?  Who the heck knows.  I need to plan better.

L: Egg Salad (I feel like mixing it with a laughing cow strawberry cream cheese wedge) It's yummy, don't knock it til you try it!

S: I plan to get my 50 cent Starbucks Iced Coffee refill ... I just might jack it up to get more protein in by adding some Snytrax Cappuccino Latte protein powder. 

D: maybe some plain yogurt with berries ... we shall see!!!

Water & Vits: on track I think .  Gawd, I am such a baby.  My multi & iron are chewables so I always get those in.  My petite Calciums are not so I get stubborn to take those.  I want me some chewables, wah!  Gawd, I need to grow up.no

Suck it up, Jen! No sense gettin' all FINE so you can break your damn hip!! LOL. Bariatric Advantage calcium chews are yummy, they make me feel like I'm getting dessert after I eat. HAPPY FRIDAY, hope you kick your cold to the curb soon!
