Reflections A Year After WLS: 222.4 Pounds Lost (Pic Included)
You are the real reason this site should be around. You took the tools given to you and made it happen. I am so inspired and moved by you. Thank you for sharing your beautiful, strength, spirit and can do attitude with us. I believe this proves that you can do anything you set your mind to and be successful. You are a real rock star of the sleeve world. Congratulations on winning this fight and teaching others by your example.
Oh! Love the new pic of you!
I also adore you for putting it all out there and sharing so openly...
The other day there was a thread where someone was asking if the VSG could work for someone who is 400 lbs and I said yes... I'd had the opportunity to sit beside someone at lunch who had lost over 200 lbs in under a year with their VSG. I didn't name you specifically because at the time I was just stumbling into this section and wasn't sure how much you posted here.
I told you when you posted the scale photo that you are my inspiration... I am going to say it again. You inspire me!
A lot of that is because you managed to get over your frustration at the change of plans and make this work for you. That's awesome in it's self!
I hope to make it out Monday night but it depends if I have over done it again and pass out like a starfish on the couch.
