Folks don't eat like I do unless you want to start gaining again. Apparently, I have issues. I know I'm going to do better just chiming in this thread gives me a desire to get right. Reading how you champions are doing makes me want to do the same. I have to go see a new doctor since I have not seen one in 4 years to get some support and therapy.
Breakfast: 1 Egg, Sausage & Cheese Biscuit - McDonalds, coffee
Snack: 1 handful of Pistachios, Coke Zero
Lunch: 1 Chicken Taco, 1 order of Fries - Whataburger
Snack: 1 Hershey with Almond bar
Dinner: Egg Foo Young, small amount of white rice, chicken wing.
Water: 3 cups
Exercise: No
b:boiled egg with a tea spoon of mustard (ate like half of it)
l: McDonalds grilled chicken honey mustard snack wrap (ate like 4 small bites mostly of the chicken)
d:1 buffalo chicken hot wing, no skin
vits:yes
h20: can only get down 24 oz (trying to drink more seems impossible??)
exercise: 50 butt lifts, thats it.
