UGH this week has been really dumb for me. The day off of work just totally threw my week for a loop. I didn't menu plan right and I made too many after work plans. Carbs and no exercising = THE DEVIL
B: half a HUGE egg white omelet with broccoli and cheddar (stupid guy didn't listen to me when I said ONE TINY SCOOP OF EGG WHITES)
L: BH ham and sargento provolone roll up, Glenny's soy crisps Ranch flavored
S: co-jack cheese stick
D: going out to eat with friends. I took a look at the menu and I will be having a petite filet mignon. Yum
No evening snack as I will be going to see a show with my husband after having dinner and we won't be getting home until midnight I'm sure. bleh.
Vits: one more calcium
