L: Minestrone Soup (no pasta) maybe a few bites of salad (going to the Olive Garden for lunch)
S: Quest Craving Peanut Butter Cup
D: 2oz. Roast Beef, Shredded Low-Fat Cheddar Cheese in a Romaine Salad w/Cottage Cheese (used instead of dressing)
Water & Vits: on track!
No more school projects for me to do this week or the next, yay!!! I'm still getting over my cold so no workout. Maybe I can actually get a decent night's sleep tonight. I desperately need it!!!

Same **** Different Day BUT today's been a great day so far so I cannot complain.
The Quest Peanut Butter Cups? Well, they are satisfying... a little gritty but full of protein & worth it. Tastes decent enough to look forward to my sweet snack!!!

FYI Everyone, it's National Peanut Butter Day. I'm celebrating by abstaining.
B: Click mocha shake (Warmed up because it's -13 degrees today, yes, that's MINUS 13. No joke. I feel like I live in the Arctic tundra. Friggin Maine.)
S: Plain 0% Greek yogurt mixed w/ SF raspberry Torani, 1 Equal packet, 2 fresh strawberries diced
L: Starkist Tuna Creations in the sweet and spicy flavor
D: Scrambled egg, pan warmed turkey slice, broccoli
S: String cheese, maybe a k-cup cappuccino later in the night too
Projected- 580 calories, 67 grams of protein
Liquids: Not too bad.
Vits: Will take after dinner.
Exercise: 2 mile walk-at-home video. I'm not going outside for anything.

1: veggie burger patty, 1 wedge LC RF cheese, two egg whites fried in scant cooking spray
2: two Sargento RF string cheese sticks
3: .5 c 1% cottage cheese
4: 4 oz skinless rotisserie chicken, 1 wedge LC RF cheese, .25 c green beans
MFP says this will result in 603 calories, 79g protein, 22g carbs, 27g fat. Very happy with those numbers.
Not much variety going for me right now, but at only nine weeks out I'm going for protein-protein-protein and the best bang for the buck. :)

exercise: walking and bike, but need to transition more toward the former than the latter
I'm WAY overtired today and the carb monster got me.

I will get 100 protein in today, but I'm going to be over in calories and carbs because of that stupid sandwich. UGH, I need a nap to get rid of the "I need comfort food" feeling, I normally don't cave like this.
