The scale and I are at PEACE. The gain I experienced from egg plant (only MY body) is finally TOTALLY gone. I am also just merely .8 away from my end January goal =) Life is good...

Woo hoo Ms. Shell...so glad you are feeling better. I was ready to pull my hair out yesterday...decided to do some remodeling and have had to go out for several hours two days in a row. Given the fact that prior to surgery due to my disability going to the doctor was a major outing...it was fun but very tiring...lol! I have no excuses except to admit I did not get my fluids in the past two days...it just got away from me...so today am going to push extra hard.

w: 40 oz done and going for 100 oz today. I messed up and took a whole diuretic today, so I drink 4 oz and run to the bathroom and drink 4 oz and run to the bathroom...it is just lovely...won't do this again.
