The scale and I are at PEACE.  The gain I experienced from egg plant (only MY body) is finally TOTALLY gone.  I am also just merely .8 away from my end January goal =)  Life is good...

B:  Egg Salad (Eggs; Mayo)
S:  Coffee; Lemon Bar
L:  Beef Stroganoff w/mini sweet peppers (no cabbage)
S:  Boiled Egg
D:  Swai Fillet; Spinach

Water:  6/12
Vitamins:  On track
Exercise:  My hip screams NO

Hubby had a crappy day at work yesterday so didn't cook, so TONIGHT is his burger night :)

B - cottage cheese
L - leftover steak and broccoli
D - burger with no bun
S - jerky/cheese

Vitamins/Water - on track

S - Trying for None but last night was not good. I was experimenting with pre and post workout food.

W - On track

V - Not Yet, need to. Still not taking pills after my scare last week

E - Lower Body and Cardio 30

G - No veggies today yet, will try to get more in at dinner. On track for 6 days of exercise this week. Not doing great with sleep, working too much.

Hey, Ms. Shell! Rock it out, lady...gonna SURPASS that January goal, baby!!

B: 1 cup coffee, 1/3 cup 1% organic milk, 1 scoop Syntrax mint cookie

L: 1/2 egg, spinach, ham & cheese "muffin", 1.5oz organic uncured ham

S: same as lunch plus 1cup coffee, 1/3 cup 1% organic milk, 1 scoop Syntrax Vanilla Bean

D: stuffed peppers (95% lean organic ground beef, onion, organic tomato sauce, organic tomatoes)

S: maybe coffee/tea or a little chicken breast or something...trying to cut down on cheese...

W: shooting for 11 cups

V: will be done at snack

E: Day 2 of C25K...damned shins are already acting up!

Woo hoo Ms. Shell...so glad you are feeling better.  I was ready to pull my hair out yesterday...decided to do some remodeling and have had to go out for several hours two days in a row.  Given the fact that prior to surgery due to my disability going to the doctor was a major outing...it was fun but very tiring...lol!  I have no excuses except to admit I did not get my fluids in the past two days...it just got away from me...so today am going to push extra hard.

B:  Cottage Cheese and Chicken

S:  Frozen Greek Yogurt Bar  (4 g of Protein, 8 carbs and 90 calories)

L:  Fake Crab and LC Chipolte cheese (Don't fall over I added something to my diet...lol)

S:  Chicken

D:  Chicken and Cottage cheese

S:  Yogurt Bar

w:  40 oz done and going for 100 oz today.  I messed up and took a whole diuretic today, so I drink 4 oz and run to the bathroom and drink 4 oz and run to the bathroom...it is just lovely...won't do this again.

V:  Done

E:  Richard Simmons chair work out.

I went out a couple years ago and bought a 32oz water bottle.  I carry that thing EVERYWHERE I go and sip sip sip all day =)  You can do it!!
