I love theme parks! Speaking from experience....I barely fit the adult rides at six flags when I was 240lbs and I am 5'5". Staff had to really squeeze the seat shut. Embarrassing!

It depends a lot on your body type. I'm also 5'3", and carry my weight mostly between ribcage and mid thighs, with a large hanging belly. At 260 I needed a seatbelt extender on planes and would not have fit in most rides. A friend that was heavier, but carried the bulk of her weight in her torso, bust and shoulders would likely have been fine.

I was at Disney in June at around 250 and 5'6". I fit just fine with a little room to spare. You will likely be okay. My sister is 325 and 5'10" and had to squeeze in, but she fit too, even us together. Most rides have a lot of room, I think you'll be mostly fine.

You'll fit. Disney is very size friendly. I went at nearly 100 pounds heavier than you and fit in everything I tried.

Oh jeeze i hope the staff doesnt have to squeeze me in!!! For the most part your posts are reassuring. I have very pear shaped, so unfortunately, most of my weight is at the bottom half of me

I've always fit in everything at Disney World even at my highest wt.  Some of the harder- to- fit- in ones have a test model outside the attraction.  Look for that and try it first if you're not sure.

When I went I was 5'3" 260 and I fit just fine. I was worried about this to and had no problems, even on the kid rides. But I do carry my weight evenly not just in my tummy. I had a tighter squeeze in the airplane seatbelt than at disney. Have fun!

I always loved rollercoasters and rides even as a bigger girl. The last time I went was about two years ago at around 260ish and 5'4". I have to say it was the most embarrassing day I think I have ever experienced. The bars would not close down on me and I had to get off the coaster and  wait for my friends to get off. I was so angry with myself, I almost cried. I never had that problem before! I haven't been back to six flags since and I have a fear of not fitting now still.

I don't want to discourage you because honestly it is the shape of your body tat makes the difference. I got extremely top heavy that I couldn't pull down the safety bars. It is one of my main goals this summer! Im getting on every ride I can!

Excited and thankful to be on this rollercoaster of a journey!

I just went to Disneyland (not disneyworld). The only thing that was a little too snug were the rockets & dumbo. I am 5' 2" & 270. Have a great time.
