Whatcha eating today VSGers...Wednesday!!!
It's all Alan's fault. I am up a pound from yesterday and I know it has everything to do with those darn "VSG friendly" appetizers Alan is making and offering to me. He is getting ready to cook up a storm for Super Bowl and I am going to be as big as the stadium by the time the game is here. I have to go back to saying "No, thank you" even if it's VSG maintenance friendly.
B: four ham and cheese egg bites (about 35 calories each)
L: Sashimi ( mostly salmon) and cucumber salad with rice vinegar dressing.
D: Pulled pork (Alan is making it in the crock pot right now, it smells heavenly) and cauliflower mashed potatoes.
Snacks: I am turning down all snacks today and drinking more to get rid of the sodium from yesterday.
Breakfast: 1 fiber one blueberry muffin with 1 tablespoon of butter, coffee.
Snack: 1 handful of pistachios
Lunch: 1 small Schlotzsky's Original Sandwich, bag of chips, coke zero
Snack: Nothing
Dinner: 1 Hot Dog, 1/2 an order potato tots from Sonic
Snack: 1 bowl of bran flakes with milk
Water: 2 cups
Vitamins: Vitamin D
Exercise: None
