Did i tell you ive never tried egg plant....i just like lasagna, someone volunteered to cook it for me, so I said what the hell...If i dont like it, i'll have pumpkin pie for dinner.

S: greek yogurt with a few fresh blueberries and stevia
L: deli ham and swiss roll ups, stewed zucchini and tomatoes
D: Tuna
Water will have 11 glasses in before dinner! Trying to get that damn scale to move.

This morning I hit 70 lbs, 190, I was thrilled, because I thought I was heading into a stall, but I recently changed my goal on MFP to up my protein and lower my carb, and (thanks Keith), the 100oz of water a day, it all helped.
B: Cinnamon Streusel tea with torani caramel SF syrup.. yummm
- RTD Chocolate Protein shake
L: 5 grilled shrimp (leftover from Sunday out - I got 3 meals from that one!
S: - I'm torn on this - want to ask a question - do you feel snacking is a good thing, my original plan from the doc, said NO SNACKING - eat only 3 meals per day.. what's everyone's thoughts on that?
D: Steak - there is never room for veggies yet.
V: 2 chewable mulit - done, B12 when I get home
Water: on track - 48oz so far
E: - I'm debating not going to the gym for my walking because I'm going Line Dancing tonight, usually I do both, I feel guilty not going to the gym, so I'm not sure yet, but I will be working out

I subscribed to eating every 3-4 hours and have read good research on it. I know for ME I could go all day but I find around the 6 hour mark I'm THINKING way more about food and have a tendency to go off plan. You have to sometimes find what works best for YOU. Your doctor tells that to EVERY patient but everyone isn't the same.
Thanks Ms Shell! I probably should've said, I have been snacking, but I was wondering if it was helping or hurting me.. it's so true that everyone is so different on this journey. You're correct, I need to take it all in, and trial and error on what works for me and what doesn't. I'm already finding certain things I know for sure:
1. I have to weigh myself daily
2. I can't do food first thing in the morning - I get in 32oz of water and then I eat, so it's usually around 10am
3. I can't do very cold fluid - has to be room temp or above
4. I have GOT to learn to master this SLOW down thing.. because I hate vomitting!
I try to eat my meals 4-6 hours apart. and Sometimes I will split my snack up. For example if I am having 4 ounces of cottage cheese or my snack I may eat half the cottage cheese around noon and the other half later in the day.
I think its important to find what works best for YOU. for me having more of regimen and schedule works best and not eating more throughout the day. I stay on track better if I limit myself to 3 meals and one snack. If you do better the other day I say do that!
