Whatcha eating today VSGers...Wednesday!!!
I am curious are you seeing big changes yet? Your days are like 50 times better than they were a month ago. You are getting out of the gate with a Super Healthy protein shake, you got your water up, you are exercising. You are tearing it up. Wonder what you are seeing happen in the mirror and on the scale.
SCALE: If I went BASED on the scale I would have quit awhile ago. It's no where near what it was in the beginning of this journey BUT I have dropped 4lbs this month so far and my goal is 6 so I am right on track.
MENTALLY: I am in a really good place. I have a simple schedule that is working for me. I am adding in SMALL goals and setting SMALL goals as to not overwhelm myself which has lead me to quit.
MIRROR: I still look fabulous but while some pants are still tight I am seeing some things =)
I know I keep saying this but I LOVE this thread!!! ;)
B: Click protein coffee
L: Quest chocolate brownie bar
S: Starbuck's skinny peppermint mocha (SOOO good!)
D: Tyson diced ready made chicken w/1 Tbls Teriyaki glaze
S: almonds, Yasso greek yogurt bar
Vit: done!
Water: 60oz...43oz to go
Exercise: Zumba at 7pm
Breakfast- 3oz center cut pork bacon
Snack- 6oz plain greek yogurt
Lunch-3oz tilapia, 1/2 cup spinach
Snack-4oz plain greek yogurt with granola
Dinner-probably more tilapia and spinach
Snack-1/2 slice of P28 bread with 1tbsp of the peanut/almond butter I made last night (OMG so yummy! I'll never use store bought peanut butter again!)
If I follow this plan today, I'll be at "817 calories/43 grams carb/85 grams protein" for the day
I'm having egg plant lasagna tonight for dinner :)
The rest of my day is a continuation of yesterday's FML plan.
