It's HUMP day!!! So who's humping (hey I can ask right??) So my scale is my friend .2 at a time lol. BUT if I keep this up I will meet my end of month goal. But MORE important then then is my DAILY goals and MOTIVATION to finish this process!!!
B: Protein Shake (Almond Milk; Protein; Spinach, Flax Meal)

151 - puffy. Got my weight training in last night.
Yesterday I ate what I ate what I said I was going to eat. Lunch with Dad was grilled chicken salad with Ranch. Ate the chicken and the ranch, left the lettuce.

Ms. Shell I pat myself on the back every time I lose an ounce. All the ounces add up. WTG!
On the other hand, the scale was not my friend this morning and I had a little bounce back from yesterdays loss. I've also eaten more in the last 3 days then I ever have since surgery. I need to smarten the heck up. But today is a new day and I've done well so far.

Hi Ms. Shell, I am sooo struggling over here. I'm just not having a good day overall today ... I'm tired, sick, & have some stress going on right now. I have to get back on track ... days like this don't help but I have to be stronger. I need to start working out again but wonder if I will be pushing myself too hard while being on day 3 of a cold. I don't want to relapse. What do you think?
B: nothing unless you count my hot Starbucks coffee from yesterday that I made iced today. I used 2 little 1/2 & 1/2 creamers. I should have used my almond milk instead.
S: Starbucks Iced Coffee w/SF caramel syrup, nonfat milk (I am having a feeling fat day to the max) I hate that I want to avoid food today. If I keep this up, I will end up getting so hungry & deprived & want to eat anything & everything in sight! My co-worker wants to go to lunch at a place that serves crappy salads but yummy arepas. Full of carbs!!! As of now, I am declining her invite and plan to go get me some chicken somewhere. I really need to go back to dense protein like chicken!)

D: I have no idea. I need to plan better. Maybe I will just buy enough chicken for lunch & dinner to make it easy tonight

Now I'm second guessing my liquid Day-Quil & Ny-Quil since I might be consuming an extra 300 calories from these meds. Gawd, I am just having a bad day. Is it Thursday yet???

I hear ya about how the meds can change your calorie count...I have to take liquid pain meds and they are FULL of sugar...I even have cut what I take in half due to the calories...but I can't be in pain because then I can't move...lol. I obsessed so much about it the surgeon finally said, enough already don't include them in your daily calories...you have to eat...lol. But it is hard because the pills are way to big...and this is how they want me to get it. So I understand when you say that about the caloric impact of your meds. He said I can break the pills into 4 pieces when I am 3 months out from surgery,,,will be glad when that happens. Hang in there.
