Whatcha eating today VSGers...Tuesday!!!
I'm on a greek yogurt kick, and have been. Fortunately that's good for me.
Breakfast--ham and greek yogurt (with SF Torani coconut syrup)
Snack--see above (yum, the salty and sweet just hit the spot, what can I say?)
Lunch--grilled salmon with greek yogurt fixed as above.
Dinner--probably chicken breast, and yeah, probably greek yogurt again
B: 2 slices organic bacon
S: Coffee, 1/3 cup 1% organic milk, 1 scoop Syntrax Mint cookie
L: 1.7oz Boars Head Roast Beef (No nitrates!), 1/2 of a 2% Sargento cheesestick
S: Same as lunch
D: 1.7oz 93% lean grass-fed burger + 1/4 cup spinach
S: Powerade Zero orange + 1 scoop vanilla Syntrax (Dreamsicle...yum) with crushed ice
V: yep
W: will be shooting for 100oz
E: To the gym - walk/run intervals - 3 miles total, probably some strength training
B 2 Cabbage "Tacos" recipe is on here somewhere. Made with savoy cabbage, pulled pork, cheddar cheese and avocado.
S dehydrated string beans
Asian cabbage rolls with mahi mahi, crushed peanuts, jalepenos and avacado with a soy/rice vieagar dipping sauce

L: went out with my group at work. Ordered this egg and ham thing over hash browns. I tried to avoid eating the hash browns (and after reading Elina's post I feel especially guilty about the ones I DID eat, ugh).
S: BH low sodium ham and sargento provolone roll up
D: leftovers...probably a little bit of a chicken patty, some taco meat, and refried beans
S: SF popsicle
Vits: one more calicum to go
Water: not nearly enough!

Today I went out to run errands which has thrown off my plan a little...about ten minutes before the handicapped bus showed up I realized oops no lunch and hurried and ate 2 tbls of cottage cheese which kept me fine until I got home...that make me laugh.

D: 3 oz chicken and 3 oz cottage cheese
S: probably none because due to my lymphedema for which I take a diuretic I didn't really drink much before I left today..finding handicapped bathroom every fifteen mins...not fun..lol so tonight I will floating a boat trying to catch up on liquids.

E" Well not so much structured but was up and down and gone for several hours which normally would have wiped me out and I feel good and got way more done than usual.
Hope I don't wake up with that acid reflux during that night...that was a bear...lol
Breakfast: 1 fiber one blueberry muffin with 1 tablespoon of butter & 1 cup of coffee.
Snack: 1 small banana.
Lunch: 1 small Cheeseburger with jalapenos, small order of French Fries, small coke zero.
Snack: 1 King Size Hershey's Almond Bar.
Dinner: 2 Tamales,, refried beans, 6 corn tortilla chips.
Snack: 1 low sugar grape popsicle.
No water
No vitamins
No exercise
This was a bad day. No I'm not bragging, as some people may think. I'm telling the truth!
