Liquids: Behind.
Vits: Will take later.
Exercise: .....
B - Protein Shake
L - Turkey and Black Beans
D - Pork Chops and Veggies
S - Trying for none, didn't do so hot last night
W - On track
V - Yep
E - Cardio 60 (20/20/20 or maybe 30/30 since I am in another f'ing stall), I did lower body and cardio last night
G - did not get as much sleep as I need to get.
1: veggie burger patty, 1 wedge LC RF cheese, two egg whites fried in scant cooking spray
2: two Sargento RF string cheese sticks
3: .5 c 1% cottage cheese
4: 4 oz canned chicken (drained and obvious fat removed), 1 wedge LC RF cheese, two egg whites fried in scant cooking spray
MFP tells me this will result in a total of 592 calories, 79g protein, 18g carbs, 26g fat for the day.
vitamins: on track
fluids: on track, but after reading Miss Elina's post I am setting out to improve on my normal 64oz/day
exercise: recumbent bike, as I am still weary and depressed. I do have some Leslie Sansone DVDs calling my name, though.
I eat the MorningStar Farms Grillers Original burgers. Each burger (64g or about 2.25 oz) is 130 calories, 6g fat, 5g carb, 15g protein.
The only ground beef I am allowed on my plan is 95% ground beef. I tried it once and could not eat it -- too dry for me, and it just wasn't hitting my taste buds or my sleeve right. The MFP numbers for the same amount of 95% ground beef are 113 calories, 5g fat, 0g carbs, 17g protein. Obviously the beef is a better choice than the veggie burger, but if one can't tolerate the beef postop ...
The carb count is higher than I would like, but I plan my whole day's worth of meals on MFP and just keep manipulating my go-to foods until I see totals I like. I don't enjoy a lot of variety at this stage, but I really don't care about that right now as I don't get hungry and just eat to keep going and keep losing.
