Ms. Shell, I did see a recipe for protein pancakes the other day from acbbrown. It had oats, egg whites, protein and some sf syrup. Not sure if it had more but you might ck with her.

Hey Ms. Shell!!!  Glad to see you posting so early today!!!  I came back from a great weekend of fun ... too much fun!!!  Wine Tasting in Temecula, Brie Bread (OMG!!), saw the movie "Mama", Disneyland ... it was all fun!!!

Now back to work & back to business with good eating!!!

Oh, sorry mauigirl2...

Yes, brie bread & I have my 2 sisters to thank for this because they mentioned it to my friend who was visiting from out of town and he was dead set on trying this brie bread.  So ... I made it a point to take pics of him & I eating this bread & I texted both my sisters.  Of course they were jealous.  It's all their fault!  We were good though.  Both me & my friend are VSGers & he's in maintenance, at least 2 years out.  We just ate a piece & then 1 hour later, did some wine tasting.  It was a great day!!!

I ate what I intended to eat yesterday. WOOT!

Today:

B: protein coffee shake

S: bacon/asparagus

L: out with my dad - don't know where because he his schedule is crazy while he's in town

S: GCS

S: almonds

D: roast

Vitamins: on schedule

Exercise: I might go for a walk today. S'posed to hit 60 here. If I don't, I WILL weight train with hubby tonight

Water: 3/14 - way behind. Time to remedy.

3- 2 pieces turkey bacon 50c/4P, 1 oz turkey sausage 80c/8P, 1/2c lowfat cottage cheese and peaches 130c/13P

4- Cherry Greek Yogurt with 14 grams pecans 230c/13P

5- corn tortilla pepperoni and cheese pizza 230c/16P

6- corn tortilla with taco turkey meat  & cheese 210c/20P

 

1170 calories and 105 grams Protein

Water:  on track

Vits:  all done, except calcium

Exercise: None tonight, only night home, going to do laundry, grocery shop, etc..
