Whatcha eating today VSGers...Tuesday!!!
YUP ~ Happy Popeyes Tuesday =) So I totally am ready for the week!! I went to the gym yesterday for my cardio and today for my weights (I was there at 5am...damn whoever inhabited my body needs to stay and she WILL). I spent the day at the store stocking my pantry and made my weekly "cheat" which has 3g carbs
B: Boiled Egg
S: Mousse/Pudding thing (1/2 cup cottage cheese; 1/2 cup greek yogurt; sf pudding mix = swirled in my mini food processor)
S: Coffee; Lemon Bars
L: Beef Stroganoff
S: Boiled Egg
D: Popeyes Leg & Thigh
Calories = 1,050 ~ Protein 91g ~ Carbs 50g
Water: 10/16 cups
Vitamins: On tap
Exercise: Weights at 5AM = YEAH BABY

On You Tube Search for RJ Riches and he's got one that looks very good and healthy. He's not as carb conscious as we are, but the idea was pretty good. Basically he zipped up some oats in a blender with some eggwhites and some other stuff and made a pancake. I want to try it. I have also seen one that someone made out of sweet potatoes that sounded pretty good too. YouTube is a great source for that kind of stuff.
