I totally forgot it was Monday...and at first I was thinking this will wait until tomorrow but NOPE!!!  So what do YOU plan and WILL accomplish but setting those goals and keeping them in MIND during the rest of the week!

MY Goals THIS week are as follows:

EXERCISE:  Continue my 3x a week Couch to 5K working on Week 2 again and meet with my PT
ADDING in another weights day

MENU/CARBS:  Continue planning my menu the day before to ensure my carb counts are in my goal mark

WATER:  I want to achieve 16 cups of water PER DAY this week.

EATING:  No eating after 8pm (this is going to be a challenge)

Ready, set goal!!

Exercise: just started back in full swing last week, so gotta keep building back up to my pre-holiday activities.  Having an ear ache is NOT helping, but I'm not dizzy anymore, so onward I go!

Menu: going to stick to everything that I plan the night before as carefully as possible... this means no giving in to head hunger on the way home from work, which is my biggest weak area.

Water: my new water bottle has a feature on the lid that helps you keep up with how many times you refill it.  Definitely need to start using this!

Eating: No between meal munching!

It's made by Thermos. It has a pop-up cover on the lid that springs open with the push of a button. The feature that helps you keep up with how many refills you get is on the bottom of the lid. It's just a little ring with numbers on it. You slide the ring to make the number match up to an indicator line. Very simple and effective !

Well, I have a few to work on this week.

1. Get to bed before 11:00 on work nights, yes, this was from a couple of weeks ago, but I slipped last week, so here it is again.

2. Start getting the house ready for the Super Bowl party (go Niner's).

3. Work on keeping the protein and water up, and carbs down.

4. Increase my walking distance by 1 mile or more.

5. Get my butt out of bed early enough on Saturday to make it to Long Beach coffee.

I need to set more goals for myself. Lets see.

1) plan my meals out for the day and track them into MFP in the AM so I stick to the plan. I do the best when I do this.
2) exercise. My rival. Do anything this week. I know it's going to be insanely cold here but I'm going to commit to some at home exercises at least 2-3 days.
3) No unplanned dinner/lunches out. I did this a few times the last few weeks and I didn't do well on those days. If I go out at least know where I'm going so I can look up the menu and plan before I do so

And non weight loss related but do the best I can on my job interview today. And if I don't get it do not let it get my discourages and into a spiral of bad eating like rejections have in the past. If its meant to be it will be. And in that same train of thought of onward and upward- let the emotional stress going in latley in my life go. I can't lean on food for emotional support anymore even though some days all I want to so is scarf down a box of donuts (not like I physically COULD but dosent stop me from wanting to try lol) but I won't. Onward and upwards!

Have a great week all!
