1: veggie burger patty, 1 wedge LC RF cheese, two egg whites fried in scant cooking spray
2: .75 c 1% cottage cheese
3: 6 oz Fage nonfat plain Greek yogurt, 1 Tbsp Torani SF syrup (haven't decided on flavor yet -- three new flavors to try!)
4: three Jimmy Dean turkey sausage patties, 1 wedge LC RF cheese, .25 c green beans
vitamins: on track
fluids: catching up (crashed on the couch and messed up my fluids-foods "schedule")
exercise: walking and recumbent bike
Torani sugar-free Salted Caramel ... mmmmmmmmmm.
For some reason I am doing much better with Fage Greek yogurt postop than I did with Chobani, which I loved preop (albeit the fruited varieties).

L - stuffed pepper soup, no rice
D - salsa chicken and a veggie
S - jerky, cheese

Since I'm am now on stage 4 soft foods. I've been nauseated most days early on and than my sleeve is more comfortable for eating late afternoon and night time. I know it's not the best to be getting my calorie and at the end of the day so I drink my protein early on.
Here's today.
B: Nectar strawberry moose protein shake & 3 oz light yoplait yogurt
L: About time protein Cinnamon Swirl (shake)
S: 1.75 oz shrmp and 1 tsp ****tail sauce
D: Chicken (slow cooked with brocolli) 2 oz
S: I don't know yet maybe ricotta cheese maybe laughing cow whatever cheese 2oz
Vitamins: Yes Water/Fluids 72 oz
Excersize: 65 minute walk in the grocery store cause it's cold outside
