VSG on 11/21/12 with

1:  veggie burger patty, 1 wedge LC RF cheese, two egg whites fried in scant cooking spray

2:  .75 c 1% cottage cheese

3:   6 oz Fage nonfat plain Greek yogurt, 1 Tbsp Torani SF syrup (haven't decided on flavor yet -- three new flavors to try!)

4:  three Jimmy Dean turkey sausage patties, 1 wedge LC RF cheese, .25 c green beans

vitamins:  on track

fluids: catching up (crashed on the couch and messed up my fluids-foods "schedule")

exercise:  walking and recumbent bike

Torani sugar-free Salted Caramel ... mmmmmmmmmm.

For some reason I am doing much better with Fage Greek yogurt postop than I did with Chobani, which I loved preop (albeit the fruited varieties).

A bit nervous about my stomach after yesterday so i haven't eaten anything today. I did contact my doc in Mexico and he suggested loading up on antacids and going back to liquids. Not sure yet. Right now just focused on water which I am behind on.

B - nothing
L - nothing
D -probably nothing
V - nope that's how it all started yesterday
W - slowly working on it
E - 45 mins treadmill hills this morning
G - nothing toward goals today.

l: this Mexican pollo asado pizza from TJ's...split it with my hhubby

s: co-jack cheese stick, some turkey pepperoni, and these Italian cracker things called tratelli...ate too many of those

d: fresh made chicken, red pepper, and cheese pattie from our local Italian deli with some sautéed kale & ppotatoes

s: sugar free popsicle

Since I'm am now on stage 4 soft foods.  I've been nauseated most days early on and than my sleeve is more comfortable for eating late afternoon and night time.  I know it's not the best to be getting my calorie and at the end of the day so I drink my protein early on.

Here's today.

B: Nectar strawberry moose protein shake & 3 oz light yoplait yogurt

L: About time protein Cinnamon Swirl (shake)

S: 1.75 oz shrmp and 1 tsp ****tail sauce

D: Chicken (slow cooked with brocolli) 2 oz

S:  I don't know yet maybe ricotta cheese maybe laughing cow whatever cheese 2oz

Vitamins: Yes  Water/Fluids  72 oz

Excersize: 65 minute walk in the grocery store cause it's cold outside

HW 302 lbs SW  279.8 lbs.  CW  193.8 lbs   MFP Jarabacoagirl  Preop diets 22.2 lbs, 1st month 21.2 lbs, 2nd month 14.6 lbs,  3rd month 11.2 lbs, 4th month 7 lbs, 5th month 7 lbs, 6th month 6.8 lbs, 7th month 5.2 lbs, 8th month 4.4 lbs 9 and 10th months slowed down didn't record exactly

108.2 lbs lost from highest weight!

 (86.2 lbs of that was lost since surgery date)
