Whatcha eating today VSGers...Saturday!!!
Yes it's Saturday and so far so good. Just finished doing some cleaning and sipping on my coffee. I'm trying to plan my menu but well **** who knows...but I'm moving slowly in the planning direction. I bought some bean sprouts the other day and I don't want them to go bad so I see a stir fry in my immediate say lunch future!! Make TODAY a GREAT day.

L: Chicken Stir fry (chicken, onions, bean sprouts)

Ok, so I admittedly don't plan very well on the weekends.

L: Plain 0% Chobani w/ 1 tbsp. Kashi protein granola + SF caramel Torani,

D: Maybe chicken?

Liquids: Very behind. Will start chugging.
Vits: Will take in a bit.
Exercise: Probably not.
I think yesterday counts as my worst eating day since surgery.

My sister-in-law called to see if I wanted to go to a party at her house. She has a Chinese exchange student right now and she wanted to teach her and her friends Bunco. She was throwing this party together at the last minute, which is totally her style. I usually stay out of the vortex that swirls around her during these times, but I was swept in.
Party food: breaded hot wings, chips, dip, cucumbers (hey, it was worth a try), candy, donuts holes, cookies. snap peas (yet another valiant effort at making a good choice).
I'm 152 this am and it was well-deserved.

D: It's my hubby's birthday so we are going to steak and crabs legs.
I really don't hate myself. I just wish I could figure out a better way to get through parties without eating my way through them.
I am definitely a work in progress.
Well I am on a fish kick...lol. It is so high in protein.
