Weekly goals...LET'S GO!!! End of the week check in
Well MY week is pretty much done, so I thought I would check in with everyone.
EXERCISE: Starting Couch to 5K Week 2 and meet up with Personal Trainer
DONE =) Last night I finished Week 2. I will repeat it next week as part of my goals of going SLOW and EASY that way I won't feel to "pressured" and give it.
FOOD: I am going to put MORE effort into getting my carbs under 50g per day. I have my meals planned out for the week so we'll see how it goes.
DONE =****pt doing what I said and even when the scale called me a ***** I kept going. I wasn't deprived and have felt more satisfied with my meals then I have in a long time.
Can't wait to see what my plan is for next week
