Having a f*cked up day...
I am having the WORSE day...it's amazing how we allow things to upset us. I'm a strong, capable, intelligent woman (if I do say so myself) and I KNOW there is a logical, reasonable reason the scale JUMPED up and I AM working on adjusting that...but the amount of anger I am feeling towards my scale. I literally (not LOL) almost flinged it like a frisbee yesterday. And today it went down a PINCH but **** Damn cut me some slack. Anyway I was busy and I see Jenn hadn't done it so I'm here!!! Oh and in addition to the eggplant me love affair with cheddar cheese a nibble here a nibble there, so I just finished off the LAST ~3oz and won't be buying any for a minute, unless it's a SPECIFIC recipe and that is ALL I will be buying.
I will survive and this year my motto is NEVER GIVE UP!!!

Hang in there Ms. Shell..my day was yesterday and it just kept getting worse...but hey anger is betterthan eating so the feelings are buried...so you go girl and feel that frustration, vent and in the end remember you are a smart, logical,capable, intelligent and much more in control of your own life than those damn food gremlins...hang in there and give yourself a hug!
Ms. Shell! You ARE such an amazing, strong, capable, intelligent, and BEAUTIFUL woman! I'm consistently amazed and inspired by your dedication, the kind words that you always seem to have for me in the right moments, and your unwillingness to give up. You're amazeballs/awesomesauce/whatever the kids are saying these days ;)
Example of how you've helped me: the other day on the whatcha eating thread, you suggested that I fit in exercise whenever I can. Walks around the office, squats in the bathroom, etc. Yesterday I had a couple appointments and instead of driving to the second one I left my car and walked! It was only a couple miles but better than nothing, and I don't think I would have done this without your inspiration.
P.S. I totally have a love/hate affair with cheese, especially cheddar. It seems to be a slider for me, too. I have found that I can buy the low fat shredded kind and use it in recipes but can not have a block of cheddar around!
