I've been bad the past two days with not eating on plan and not tracking but I won't let "mother nature" get in my way! Ladies, you know what I mean
B: two mini pistachio protein muffins
L: taco salad: about 2oz lean ground bean cooked with my taco seasoning and sofrito, a little lettuce and tomato, shredded pepperjack cheese, taco sauce, and a touch of light sour cream. Also about 2oz of refried beans and half a hard taco shell on the side.
S: went to 16 handles for some froyo. Most, if not all, the froyo flavors there are under 100 cals and low in fat. I probably had about 3oz all together. I threw some dark chocolate chips on top too. Ok and maybe a chocolate covered pretzel or two...LOL
D: going to my mom's tonight. She's cooking fish which I'm not a fan of so I will raid her fridge (and my grandmother's fridge downstairs) to see what I can scrape together. I already know there's one of my nana's stuffed artichokes waiting for me.
S: SF popsicle since I'm a real bad girl today!
