Whatcha eating today VSGers...Thursday!!!
I'm just in an almost pissy mood. The scale JUMPED (see I knew I should stay away) but it's a good thing because I learned that eggplant is NOT my friend. Apparently it is something called a "night shade" vegetable which cause problems for those who have arthritis (ie ME) so not only am I UP 4lbs, but my f*cking hip hurts. So no more "bread pudding" for me. I almost cried because I am trying so hard, but I'm HOLDING onto the fact that I KNOW it's water weight and will be gone. I'm ALSO very happy that I DID get on the scale because if I hadn't I wouldn't have seen the bloat and start to question WHY...
B: Protein Shake (1 1/2 Cups Almond Milk; 1 1/2 Scoops Chocolate Protein)

B- egg with turkey pepperoni - my current staple
S - chocolate protein shake
L - ground beef and if there is room some blackberries
S- crystal light protein shake
D - i think we are having pork chops and a salad
Water - Goal 100oz - 1/2 there at 1pm
Vitamins - Done
Exercise - 30 min treadmill and leg machines day and currently on a 150 jumping jacks a day for 1 week challenge

OK, I am starting my weekend early today and will go off plan today. My calories will be a wee higher than usual with carbs higher but I purposely stuck to my plan all week (with a teeny exception yesterday Ms, Shell, you 'member...) I had a rough week. I had to buckle down and get **** done for my much deserved fun weekend!!! I'll be counting calories today, not really carbs.
B: "Cream of Chicken" protein soup (95 calories)
S: Starbucks VIA instant coffee (2 packs) w/SF Coffee Mate Vanilla (45 calories)
L: 3 chicken teriyaki meatballs & 1 laughing cow queso fresco chipotle wedge (165 calories total)
D: Shrimp & Avocado Tostada Bites (1/2 the time I don't eat the teeny tortilla chips because the toppings are yummy enough!) I cannot decide yet between a Chambord Margarita (friggin YUM!) or a Margarita Trio Sampler. We shall see!
Hopefully back on plan tomorrow!!!

I'm not a big drinker anyway but once in awhile I do love a raspberry margarita when I go out which I won't be doing anytime soon. However my surgeon said to be careful of drinking because the alcohol will hit you harder and faster with your new stomach. So, tell me, does it?? LOL Thanks for the help!!
