Whatcha eating today VSGers...Wednesday!!!
Yuck, being sick is not fun. Hope he is better quick and that the rest of you do not get it.
Getting my flu shot tomorrow, scheduled at the County Health Dept. Doctor's office and pharmacy are out right now. Cannot get live one, so just getting the injection. Hope it helps to keep me from getting the bad strain! The thought of being that sick makes me so nervous. Never felt that way prior to surgery. Not sure why I am so afraid now, but I am. No one likes to be sick, but I think I have a bit of a phobia about it post op. Plus, the flu that is really bad isn't a throw up one, it is the lung one, but it still freaks me out!
“Not many of us are living at our best. We linger in the lowlands because we are afraid to climb the mountains. The steepness and ruggedness dismay us, and so we stay in the misty valleys and do not learn the mystery of the hills. We do not know what we lose in our self indulgence. What glory awaits us if only we had the courage for the mountain climb. What blessing we should find if only we would move to the uplands of God.? JRM
