had an exhausted day yesterday too and so totally screwed my plan. I didn't totally screw up AND I went to kickboxing but I was too tired after to care what I put in my mouth. Oh wellz. Today is another day.
B: 2 mini ricotta pistachio muffins
L: egg salad and crackers
S: colby cheese stick and BH turkey pepperoni
D: not sure yet, will probably be leftovers or more eggs blergh
S: who knows! SF popsicle or a WW bar
Vits: two more calicum chews to go
Water: working on it as always
X: kickboxing again tonight! three nights of exercise in a row baby!

It's a snowy day here. Very pretty, but a mess to drive in.
Day started off so-so, but I'll finish strong!
B - American Chop Suey. Yeah. I know.
L - Ricotta Bake
S - Tuna, Fruit
D - Chicken and veggies
S - Veg/GY ranch dip
Water... 50 oz down, 50 oz to go...
Exercise... 60 min on the treadmill. Pretty watching the snow fall...

B: Coffee with 1/3 cup 1% milk, Syntrax mint cookie protein powder (1 scoop)
L: 1.7oz Boars Head roast beef (no nitrates!), Sargento 2% cheddar stick
S: Coffee with 1/3 cup 1% milk, one scoop Syntrax Vanilla Bean Torte (easier on carbs than mint cookie) + egg/sausage bite
D: Stuffed red pepper
S: probably a Chai latte, Keurig K-cup spiced chai + splash of milk & caramel Torani syrup
E: Gym tonight, 30 mins run/walk intervals and arms/abs
W: 4 cups so far, will get 9-10 in by day's end
V: 1 more to go, will take with 3PM snack
B protein coffee
L low carb tortilla with turkey and light swiss cheese wrap
D ms. shell-- it will probably be a popeyes chicken breast with side of green beans.

B Few slices of lunch meat.
L Sushi lunch date with my mom so saving up room for that. Ill be good probably a ginger salad and an Alaska roll or something like that and only eat 3/4 of the roll like I did last time. SO good though yum!
S I'm sure ill still be full from sushi. Maybe turkey jerkey
D Tilapia and maybe some broccoli. I saw a yummy recipie for broccoli covered with garlic hummus and bake till crispy! Gonna go pick up some hummus today so that's an option!
