D - Italian Turkey Sausage, Homemade Sauce, and Spaghetti Squash
S - Trying for no snacks, yesterday was a little snack heavy as I deviated from my plan a little bit
V - Yep
W - A little slow today but I will get there
E - Upper Body tonight (missed last night was too tired)
G - Ate more veggies yesterday, took a day off from the gym so I will get no days off today, tomorrow, or friday, and missed my sleep target
151 - I am annoyed by this number.

Bye bye peanuts. It was nice for a couple of days. :-( I would just like to say that I think it ******g sucks that I can't have a single food item in my life that I like that I don't also form an unhealthy attachment to it. But, you can bet your ass that I want goal more than some ******g peanuts. Mutha-effing little demons.

L: Lunch meeting - planning to eat Japanese which means steamed veggies and chicken - no sauces

Time to make some more Green Chicken Soup.
Exercise: Karate tonight.

Water: I'm behind 2/12 so far.
