L - Spicy Turkey Chili

D - Italian Turkey Sausage, Homemade Sauce, and Spaghetti Squash

S - Trying for no snacks, yesterday was a little snack heavy as I deviated from my plan a little bit

V - Yep

W - A little slow today but I will get there

E - Upper Body tonight (missed last night was too tired)

G - Ate more veggies yesterday, took a day off from the gym so I will get no days off today, tomorrow, or friday, and missed my sleep target

151 - I am annoyed by this number.

What I actually ate yesterday:

B: Protein Coffee shake

S: peanuts

L: salmon/cabbage

S: peanuts

D: parmesan chicken

S; peanuts

Bye bye peanuts. It was nice for a couple of days. :-( I would just like to say that I think it ******g sucks that I can't have a single food item in my life that I like that I don't also form an unhealthy attachment to it. But, you can bet your ass that I want goal more than some ******g peanuts. Mutha-effing little demons.

What I intend to eat today:

B: Protein coffee shake

S: salmon/cabbage

L: Lunch meeting - planning to eat Japanese which means steamed veggies and chicken - no sauces

S: Almonds

D: steak

Time to make some more Green Chicken Soup.

Exercise: Karate tonight.

Vitamins: I'm behind.

Water: I'm behind 2/12 so far.

I'm pissy today about the same thing. I tend to not lose when I eat any nuts. This means no picante peanuts. No protein bars either. Geezuz what a boring diet without some decent snacks! I just switched Birth Control & the scale has been a little ***** ever since.
I still think you are doing awesome!

Thank you. I am better now. My snark meter was readlining this morning. Seriously, the **** I was writing, then deleting on here was pretty scary. Glad I didn't actually post any of it. I had a wonderful lunch with friends and it helped me to remember the things that really matter.
