I haven't been at wor****il today so I'm getting this UP because well I won't be around later =)
Today's Menu:
B: Protein Shake (1 1/2 Cups Almond Milk; 1 1/2 Scoops Protein Powder)
S: 1-2 Cups Coffee; "Bread Pudding"
L: 6oz Cabbage Rolls (think meatloaf wrapped in cabbage)
S: Protein Shake (1 Scoop Roadside Lemonade Nectar; 1 Packet Special K Pink Lemonade Protein/Fiber Mix)
D: 4oz Talapia; Spinach
S: Precious String Cheese (tbd)
Stats as planned = 1,080 calories, 127g protein, 40g carbs, 17g fiber
Water: Goal 14 cups (according to my trainer I should be getting 1/2 my body weight in oz)
Vitamins: Oh yeah
Exercise: Did weights this morning; Couch to 5K Week 2 Day 2 tonight

L: WAYYYY to much cheese ~7oz
S: Fiber Gummies; 2 Cups Crystal Light
D: Cabbage Rolls (after the cheese didn't feel "right" eating Popeyes)
Stats as eaten = 1,408 calores; 116g protein; 29g carbs; 11g fiber
I think the sky is falling! Ms Shell didn't choose Popeye's yesterday! Good choice Ms. Shell.

I;m completely exhausted -mentally, physically, emotionally. Usually means I'm doomed but I'm going to try my best not to go off my plan.

S: Chike protein shake
L: Either a chike protein shake (most likely this) or a turkey burger patty
S: nada
D: curry chicken/thai peanut sauce, sauteed spinach/mushrooms
Im not even going to pretend to have a plan to exercise. If I make it through the work day alone, that will be a miracle. Bed time is 8pm tonight.
