L: Shelly's Turkey Stuffed Pepper I filled up on 1/2 of the serving size (1/2 paper stuffed) -- sooooo yummy
D: probably other half of pepper, or a whole one
Water: 64 so far
Vits: multi done - B12 after work
Exercise: heading to the gym later - 30 min walk and some weights

I ate almost all the same exact things yesterday! Literally, had a Click Mocha shake, Starkist packet, Starbucks skinny peppermint mocha, yasso bar and the Quest brownie bar. WTH?! We must be sleeve sisters
B: 1/2 chicken sausage, 1/2 scrambled egg, cottage cheese
S: coffee with scoop chocolate protein powder tbsp sf salted caramel torani syrup
L: sauteed shrimp
D: chicken adobo cpl bites of salad
S: greek yogurt
V: done
W: on track
Ex: bowflex, squats and try some crunches in a.m. walk with my dog this evening
B- Espresso and almond milk
S-RTD
L-Crock pot chicken
S- cabbage salad
D-RTD
V-not today...making me sick lately
W-more than my share trying to disperse some severe retention
X-whatever I can manage when I walk through the door of the gym. Over the threshold will be my hurdle today.

S: probably a cup of coffee or tea, will depend on how many cals/carbs I have left & appetite

E: I ran at the gym yesterday, support group this afternoon, taking evening off...back tomorrow!!
Praying you can stay away from the carbs Ms. Shell. Allison I hope you feel better :) Jenn thats too funny I started taking Airborne almost daily since I work in a hospital and the flu is so bad around here and my throat keeps hurting on and off as well.

3 more days and I leave the somewhat nice GA weather for the cold CA weather and hopefully not cheating too much on my diet while there
Hello all! My hunger has come back in full force and it sucks! Missing the non-hungry newbie tummy!
PreB: 18 oz 75/25 (75 decaf) Coffee with SF vanilla caramel powdered creamer (trying to up my liquids in the morning!)

S: Protein Oatmeal Raisin cookie
L: Tiny Romaine salad w/ sprinkle of cheese, chopped egg and 2 tsp lite ranch dressing + one spicy Asian flavored chicken wing
S: Kraft Tomato Basil string cheese
D: Not sure yet....I am feeling like fish...maybe a new fish recipe from my low-carb cookbook?? :)
S: ? really wanting cottage cheese but I have none. We shall see what I come up with if I am hungry.
E: Oh heck yes 20/20/20 workout (thanks Keith!! you inspire me with this) and biceps/triceps/light shoulder workout
