B  Lean Cuisine roast turkey and veggies.  boy are they tiny

S  handful of mixed nuts

L   chicken breast with lots of hot sauce

S  greek yogurt and blackberries

D  poached salmon and some kind of veggie

I want me some Popeyes!!!  Can you believe I have never tried that fried chicken before?  Sounds like I am missing out!!!

B: Jalapeno string cheese, slice of roast beef

S: Starbucks VIA Veranda Brew w/1.5 tbsn of SF Coffee Mate Caramel Macchiato

L: Round Table Salad Bar only ... romaine, mushrooms, broccoli, shredded cheddar cheese, HB egg slices, real bacon bits & cottage cheese)  Got the personal pepperoni pizza boxed "to go" for the little mama!!! 

S: Maybe Starbucks Iced Coffee if I want sweet or some picante peanuts if I want salt!

D: Cajun Talapia probably

Water & Vits: on track; just need mutli after lunch!  DONE!!!

Don't do it...and NOT all Popeyes are created equal.  I have been to abut 5-6 and only ONE is my favorite...

I think I'm getting sick. And I'm tired. And that usually  means I just want to eat, eat, eat. Good thing im super swamped at work with no time to even think about food.

Early am snack - chike protein shake

B: scrambled egg whites with ham

S - nada

L: small salad with FF dressing, turkey burger w/lettuce, tomato, and cheese (no bun)

D: hopefullllly i can convince someone to make me curry chicken otherwise im having a protein shake and going to bed at 7pm.

I didnt have the energy to workout yesterday - today isnt looking much better, but im going to try.

I hope you feel better!  I felt a sore throat coming on yesterday so I've been taking Airborne since my friend recommended it!
