Yeah Popeyes, lol!!!  Can you tell I'm an addict??  So the plan for keep my carbs LOW is to actually input my meal plan into MyFitnessPal and then guess what???  EATING exactly THOSE foods.  Who knew =)

B:  1 1/2 cups Unsweetened Almond Milk; 1 1/2 scoops Chocolate Protein; Squirt of SF Chocolate
S:  Coffee; Candice's Cream Cheese Pumpkin Muffins
L:  Cabbage Rolls; Cabbage
S:  Fiber Gummies
D:  Popeyes Leg & Thigh

Water:  Goal 12 cups
Vitamins:  On track
Exercise:  190 crunches; 85 squats

L - Spicy Turkey Chili

D - Italian Turkey Sausage with Sauce and Ricotta

S - Gonna need some more protein

W - On Track

V - About to take them now

E - Upper Body and 30 mins of Eliptical

G (for Goals) - Have not eaten more veggies yet today, did use more of my protein samples, will add a new exercise tonight).

Trying to keep my carbs under 50 but they are SO sneaky!

B: 2 pistachio ricotta minimuffins

L: half (probably less) a piece of chicken breast stuffed with italian turkey sausage and some sauteed escarole

S: sargento colby cheese stick and BH turkey pepperoni...trying to fight off the urge to get some Bean Field's chips...urgh

D: WW crock pot ropa vieja with some black beans

S: SF popsicle

Water: working on it

Vits: one more calicum

X: kickboxing tonight!
