Mine is boring because I'm still in the liquids phase post op but here it is:
B: syntrax nectar roadside lemonade

L: tortilla soup base (1/2 c) with 1 T sour cream

D: Fage yogurt with 3G SF jello
Starting the week off on the right track....
B - Premiere Protein shake
S - PB & J
L - Loaded Ricotta Bake
S - Apple & Almonds
D - Either Pork Chop or Roasted Chicken with lots of veggies
S - Veg and yogurt Dip
Water --- 52 oz down... probably another 50 before bed..
Exercise -- 45 minutes on the treadmill watching "24". I never watched it when it was on TV. Episode 1 this morning!
Next up!
I've now moved into "mushies," which is still pretty limited in my plan, but here goes:
B: premier protein chocolate shake (the ones from Costco)
S: 1/4 cup cottage cheese
L: probably a syntrax shake
S: vanilla cappuccino protein shake
D: ricotta cheese
W: working on it.
V: partially. I'm supposed to space them out.
Trying to get in 90 g of protein since the scale seems to move when I do. I am fighting a cold so skipped the gym today but did about 30 minutes of Just Dance on the wii. Now I have to go put some money into my son's future therapy fund, lol!
B-espresso w' almond milk (would have RTD but its frozen solid in my work fridge bummer)

L-crock pot chicken and Caesar salad

D-Forgot to take something out....leftover stew or eggplant meatball bake

Exercise - karate tonight
Water - 8/12 done
B- blueberry Greek yougurt
S- beef jerky
L- turkey chili
S- some more turkey chili
D- rosemary chicken(hoping it is food found the recipe on Pinterest for crock pots)
Water on my 7th cup now
Exercise I did 6 minutes on the elliptical at my house but it is so old it was shaking probably going to the gym to get some more in. I need some motivation today
Made those cream cheese pumpkin muffins you posted yesterday Ms Shell. They were fabulous and my son has requested that a variety of them be kept in freezer at all times lol.
B: 1/2 apple gouda cheese chicken sausage and half scrambled egg, tbsp cottage cheese
S: 1/2 caff coffee with scoop protein powder w/ sf salted caramel syrup
L: 10 turkey pepperoni slices with 1/8 c cheese melted
D: steak and salad for family chicken for me since I don't tolerate beef very well yet
S: pumpkin muffin or greek yogurt idk yet
V: done
W: 40oz so far
Ex: bowflex this morning aerobics or walk this evening.
