Hope everyone is doing well today! I'm kinda stalled, although I registered one pound lost this morning. This too shall pass.
1: veggie burger patty, 1 wedge LC RF cheese (queso freso and chipotle!), two egg whites fried in scant cooking spray
2: 3 oz 98% FF deli turkey with 1/4 cup FF cheddar (too dry, not very appealing, so will not repeat that one)
3: 2 Sargento RF string cheese sticks
4: 3 oz roasted chicken, 1 wedge LC RF cheese, 1/4 c green beans if I can manage it (still trying to undereat my sleeve and GET THAT PROTEIN!!!)
