Hi, Ms. Shell. The chicken looks good. Have to try that next week.

B: chike protein coffee
L: ricotta bake with hamburger
S: chike protein coffee
D: buffalo turkey meatballs

W: 8 so far/12
V: on track
E: playing on the wii

I made the ricotta bake, buffalo meatballs and cream cheese pancakes today. Ready for the week. Now the darn scale better cooperate.

Well my so is now gone...I was a little worried I might be hunting down food today...but so far so good...lol

B:  Cottage Cheese

S:  Pudding Pop

L:  3 oz Pork and Cottage Cheese

S:  Pudding Pop

D:  3 oz Pork and Cottage Cheese

S:  Probably Pudding Pop

W:  50 oz and counting...this is still hard for me to do

Vits:  done

E:  still plugging along

Had to start taking a diuretic today for my lymphedema...I hate this when I am drinking so much fluid...lol

L: 2oz bourbon chicken bites

S: coffee with splenda and powdered creamer

D: 2oz bourbon chicken bites

S: probably a rtd protein shake

V: yes except calcium. Will take when I get home

W: never at goal for me. Sigh.

E: walked around the akron zoo pushing a stroller then walked around the mall pushing tge stoller
