L - 2 rocky mtn peanut butter pails and a caramel (sigh, stupid chocolate gift box - it jumped in my mouth before I took it out to hubby's car to go to work)
D - I dunno, bookclub tonight so whatever she makes
S - jerky or whatever

It's a beautiful cool crisp day at Disneyland!!
B: venti skinny peppermint mocha
S: Carolina BBQ almonds
L: yummy smoked turkey leg

D: plain yogurt w/mangos, kiwi & boysenberries
Water: 2 cups so far
Vits: on track
Exercise: walking at Disneyland all day!

Today's weight: 150.8

What I ate yesterday:

B: Protein coffee shake

S: bacon/cabbage

L: GCS

S: almonds (2 servings)

Movie: box of candy

D: Mongolian Beef WITH the sauce because, as I said, I forgot to ask for the sauce on the side.

S: Peanut butter crackers - why? No idea.

I decided that I need to be accountable for yesterday. My intentions and my actions are not mirroring each other at the present moment. Usually, I eat what I say I'm going to eat, but that hasn't been the case the last few days. Time to give myself a little slap of reality.

My plan for today:

B: Protein coffee shake - done

S: Bacon - done

L: hamburger no bun, peanuts - done

S: GCS

S: Cabbage or more GCS

D: Parmesan chicken - yes still hasn't been made - hopefully today

I bought a pair of black jeans yesterday. Size 12. My daughter and I had some time before the movie, so we dropped by the store. She was my own personal little cheerleader. She was wonderful. When something looked bad, she told me. When it looked good, she told me.

4/12 - I'm behind, but I will catch up very soon

That recipe looks yummy Ms Shell. Im going to try it soon.

B: coffee with scoop chocolate protein powder and sf Torani salted caramel syrup.

L: turkey pepperoni slices with spoon of marinara sauce and lil shredded cheese

S: plain greek yogurt w/Torani brown sugar cinnamon sf syrup

D: making chicken stir fry for family so I will have some chicken pieces and a cpl veggies

Idk if I will have an evening snack if i do will be greek yogurt with sf syrup of some kind.

V: done
W: 40oz so far
E: maybe a walk later still not feeling good.

L - Turkey Jerky and a couple bites of HomeMade Mac and Cheese ( I did a very bad thing eating this)

D - Spicy Turkey Chili

E - Upper Body work out and 30 mins of Cardio
