VSG on 07/11/12

So happy today! I'm at 201 lbs from 297 Ibs from I year ago, my surgery date was July 11,2012 . One of my goals was to be under 200 lbs for my 46 th birthday and that is Monday the 14 th of January. I will still be very happy with my self on Monday if I'm still at 201 lbs!! I would add pic's but I don't no how.
