My Goals This Week:
1: Take some time on Saturday to relax and enjoy some ME time.
2: Sign up for a new Zumba class.
3: NO eating after 8 pm.
OK, so I've sucked at these this week. But basically I can update as follows:
- It's only Thursday. But Saturday I've made an appointment to get my nails done and I'm going tanning after, followed by mindless browsing at clothing stores. Will sleep in and stop for a light caramel frappuccino from Starbucks on the way to the salon. Hollah!
- I have not signed up for the Zumba class yet, but I will. Turns out it's not going to start now until the end of February! But it's a great price, $45 for 12 classes. Most of the exercise classes around here are $10 per class. However, this week I did sign up for a 3 month personal training package.
- Epic FAIL.

Thanks, Ms. Shell...I think public declaration makes our goals a lil' more concrete! My goal was to get in the gym at least 3 times this week. I went Monday and Tuesday, skipped yesterday and am going today. I think I might be an OVER-achiever and go Friday as well. Plus, the weather is taking a nice turn so going kayaking with the family Saturday, can't wait...HOLLAH!!
