L: Buffalo shredded chicken (looks like we are twinning today at lunch!)
D: Haven't quite figured this one out yet. Maybe a pot roast with some brocoli.

S1: Celery and cottage Cheese
S2: Yogurt pretzels 100 cal pack. cant give up my evening treat.

Water: 32 so far. at least 32 to go. Hopefully closer to 64 more.
Vitamins: on track..
Exercise: Took a class this morning and returning to gym for an hour of cardio

VSG on 11/21/12 with

1:   veggie burger patty, 1 wedge LC RF cheese, two egg whites fried in scant cooking spray

2:   3/4 c 1% cottage cheese

3:   3 oz 98% FF deli turkey, 1 wedge LC RF cheese

4:  3 oz 98% FF deli turkey, 1 wedge LC RF cheese, 1/4 c green beans, 10 sprays ICBINB

Not too interested in variety right now, but very interested in cutting my total daily calories back down into the 500s while keeping fat grams and carb grams at bay.  Proteins usually over 70g/day.  Might have just started another stall.

vitamins:  on track so far

fluids:  on track so far -- really working to get those all in

exercise:  recumbent bike

L   baked potato with chicken, black beans, cheese, and sour cream

S   laughing cow cheese and wheat thins

D   steak and broccoli

Water 10+ cups

Vitamins yep

Exercise Zumba, and weight training

So I enjoyed the "Weight Goal Reached" message on my ticker for a few days, but today decided it was time to update it. So it now reflects my new goal. Yay. mail

B: Coffee w/ SF vanilla caramel creamer

L: Pureed broccoli cheddar soup from a local bakery, which they make pretty light and without potatoes (Big amazing traditional Italian bakery. But I successfully avoided one of my former loves, the canollis!)

D: ? Not sure. My babe's making something. Some sort of meat and veggies I'm sure. 

S: ? Dunno. If I want something I might have a SF fudgesicle. 

Liquids: Working on it. 

Vits: Will take when I get home. 

Exercise: Will do the 2 mile Walk-Away-The-Pounds video later tonight. It's cold outside! indecision
