E maybe i will go for a nice walk today, since its warmer out!
This weekend, I will work on more variety and more "normal" meals. I usually love ot cook, but the hospital injured my wrist when I was in for surgery and things are a bit more difficult now.
Breakfast: GNC chocolate protein powder with unsweetened almond milk shake
Lunch: Black pepper smoked salmon
Dinner: Not sure yet...thinking maybe shrimp and veg
Snack: 0% Fage with a little olive oil and dill
Water: Always a struggle

B: coffee with sugar free french vanilla coffeemate, splenda and Unflavored Unjury protein (20 gm protein)
S: Premier chocolate protein drink (30 gm protein)
L: 2oz broiled pork loin with sf bbq sauce (15 gm protein)
S: teriyaki beef jerky (14 gm protein)
D: ? probably grilled fish and broccoli
Vitamins - all in + extra multi and zinc to help this cold and lots of cold medicine
Water - 41oz in and will dirnk at least another 2 bottles before bedtime (if I can stay awake)
B - Cottage Cheese
L - Turkey & Blue Cheese "sandwich" without the bread
D - Greek chicken
S - Turkey/Cheese/Yogurt

L- Tuna Salad at Potbellies (with the hot peppers) - I am still so full! My VSG still works! Had nothing to drink at lunch!
S- Premier Protein Shake (.. need the protein)
D - Scrambled Egg
Water - only 24 oz's so far.. eek
