Whatcha eating today VSGers...Thursday!!!
It's Thursday and I'm exhausted and fat (no really the scale is NOT my friend) but you know what...no matter what I will NOT lose focus. I set many other goals this week so take that scale. But I am still HUNGRY. Trying to make the BEST choices but today I had peanut butter. Thank God it's gone!!
B: Gingerbread; Peanut butter
S: Protein Coffee
L: Beef/Peppers/Gravy; Boiled Egg
S: 1 Boiled Egg
D: Talapia
Water: Goal 16+ cups
Vitamins: Oh yeah
Exercise: Day of Rest

I need to stop getting up at 5 am - **** But today is my last day off of work, so I'll return to happily sleeping in late and rushing in the mornings. I'm a little nervous about getting back into a routine of getting my good together and all that.
B: protein pancakes (oatmeal, egg beaters, protein powder and cinnamon powder - yummmmy)
S: diet hot chocolate, chike protein shake
L: parmasean crusted talapia
S: hmmm....maybe nothing, or just an iced coffee
D: left over lettuce tacos from last night
S: mini SF chocoalte pudding pie
E: i'm exhausted - didnt sleep at all last night, would like to run, but not sure if i'll manage.

I made it myself - I'll look and see if I can find the recipe, but I just took some bread crumbs, parmasean cheese, garlic, some other spices rolled the talapia in it, and squeezed some lemon on after it was cooked.

S: Starbucks Grande Skinny Peppermint Mocha (enjoying this yumminess as I type this!)
L: Carne Asada Tacos (minus the taco shell)
S: maybe a Quest Craving Peanut Butter Cup if I want something sweet OR tomato basil string cheese if the salt tooth kicks in!
D: Cajun Tilapia (I'm trying to eat this for dinner more often since it's good for us, low in calories, carbs, & fat)
