B: 1/2 sausage patty and 1/2 egg
L 2 ounces chicken breast
D: 2 ounces ham and cheese w/lettuce wrap planned
Snack: 2 ounces beef jerky
Exercise: Calisthenics and bike ride done
Question - why are you doing shakes and not straight protein? Just wondering. I still do a shake in the morning, but it doesn't stay with me long. Is it to decarb maybe? Just curious if that is contributing to the hunger.
Edit: Okay, I just read over your daily food again. Looks like you are using the shakes for recovery at workouts which makes complete sense.

Its my 2nd day back... and Day 2 on the 5- Day Pouch Test (all liquids for me today).
B- Premier Protein Shake & Coffee with Creamer
S - Coffee with Creamer
L -Premier Protein Shake
S- Thin spicy tomato soap (4oz) need something hot and not sweet.
D - More soup (and maybe another shake.
S - (last night I had two table spoons of whip cream) - might do that again tonight
Water - 40 oz's down and 60 to go!
Vit - Yes
Looking forward to a scrambled egg and tuna tomorrow - just like when I was a newbie...
Praying this works, I so need to work my Sleeve... and loose the 18 lbs that I gained back!
Walk/Jog - 15 Treadmill this morning (at least another 20 today).
