B- Boiled egg, half a slice of 100% whole wheat bread
S-Protein pumpkin muffin, fage greek yogurt with sf raspberry flavoring
L- Mini meatloaf, ww jalapeno cheese stick
S- Decaf coffee with sf chocolate creamer and sf raspberry flavoring
D- Jumbo cooked shrimp and spicy buffalo wheat thins
Water- on track for 12 glasses
Vits- on track
Exercise- Gonna try to go do 45 min of walking/jogging on the treadmill on an incline

Another good pre-op day... Can't wait 'til I can write "post-op day"!! I see the NUT next week. I believe I'll be submitted for approval to the Bariatric team after this next appt. Fingers crossed!!!

Exercise: Not today. Started the day with an 8am mammo, chained to my desk for 9 hours and then therapy after work. I'll be back at it tomorrow morning!

L: out w/ a friend to Salsarita's. 1st time there since surgery and not even tempted to get quesadillas like I used to-yea for motivation! I had the Taco Salad (minus the taco) w/ grilled chicken, onion, tomatoes, medium salsa, and just a sprinkle of cheese. Basically, I picked the chicken out and only ate that. Huge vicotry for me!
S: maybe some protein chips
D: not sure yet maybe some kind of fish
S: veggies

water: 6 cups so far but I'll get the rest in
exercise: walking around shopping doesn't normally count but today it will!

B: Cookies and cream protein wafer (couldnt fini**** because it made me sick- I think I'm sensitive to Stevia!?)
S: 50/50 coffee with SF powdered vanilla caramel creamer
L: 1/2 turkey burger on top of 7 tiny leaves of romaine lettuce with cheddar cheese sprinkled on top and 1 tbsp kens lite ranch dressing
S: Kraft BBQ Cheese stick (not liking them...needs more BBQ flavor!)
D: Didn't cook - reheated 2oz turkey kiebasa and had two broccoli florets with two bites of mashed potatoes.

B: 2 slices BH low sodium ham and two slices sargento ultra thin provolone
L: Went to 16 handles with my friend and called it lunch. I got 2oz peanut butter confession and 2oz chocolate eruption with a few semi sweet chocolate chips on top. Not the best choice for lunch but at least the yogurt is low fat (100 cals for half a cup!).
D: veggie burger with some guac and some sweet potato fries..ok I know I've written this for like the past three days but hubby and I keep changing our minds about dinner LOL last night we had Greek food instead of the veggie burgs.
