I've been reading about your hunger coming back since your plastics it seems but it might be longer and i may have a suggestion for you. I had a period where it seemed i was hungry every hour. It drove me up the wall an i regretted everything including being born. Yeah so what I'm a drama queen but i had to find a solution outside of diet pills (and believe me if my doctor had been amenable i would have done that too. truly a miserable time)
Anyhow i know you cook weekends for the week. right now in my refrigerator is a Tupperware of Brussels sprouts, one of lemon asparagus, one of cabbage and one of eggplant, onions red peppers and garlic. if I'm hungry i heat up one of these items and while it doesn't keep me full like dense protein (4 hours, i do get about 2 hours though) neither does it pack the caloric punch. In your case you would get double bang for your buck because of the fiber.
For some reason cooked veg fills me longer than fresh, (probably because it's more dense, can eat more because it's softer) but whatever all you need to do is to eat something low calorie and healthy to hold you over until your next protein hit.
It solves a lot of problems for me. Now that my hunger has slowed down again i don't cook them as often but after the holiday this year i knew I'd need a little help getting over the break i took and there they are.
I know there will be people who will talk about the grazing aspect but it doesn't bother me, sure i eat more often but if I'm hungry I'm gonna do that anyhow, i just do it with little or no impact, in fact it may aid dropping since I'm adding fiber. Either way i can think of worse things.

1: veggie burger patty, 1 wedge LC RF cheese, two egg whites fried in scant cooking spray
2: two Sargento RF string cheese
3: 3/4 c Chobani plain FF yogurt w/ 1 Tbsp Torani SF syrup (deciding in flavor!)
4: 3 oz chicken thigh meat, 1 wedge LC RF cheese, 1/4 c green beans, 10 sprays ICBINB
Vitamins: on track so far
Fluids: on track so far (hot tea w/ lemon and Truvia or CL decaf iced tea)
Exercise: just walked a bunch, so maybe a little bike when my knee settles down again :)

B: Fage w/ SF cheesecake pudding mix (about a tbsp.) and SF caramel Torani
L: Made a stir-fry at home, veggies+chicken+low sodium soy sauce, honey, garlic
S: I better get some iced coffee from Starbucks or I'm going to f#@%ing maim someone. I'm out of coffee at home and I'm feeling a little testy.
D: Will be out running errands a ways from home tonight so I assume we'll be eating somewhere. Wherever we land I'll probably have soup or a grilled chicken salad.
S: If I need something I'll have a hard boiled egg

Vits: Will take now.
