149.6. I didn't cry when I saw this number for the first time in 20+ years. That's down another 1.5 lbs.

L: going out to lunch. I looked up the menu of the restaurant and I think I will be going with a stirfry.

D - BBQ beef & veggie (shredded the leftovers from the roast)

Lunch: home made chili and some cheese sprinkled on top
Snack: brussel sprouts (YUM)
Dinner: home made beef stew with carrots, onions, purple peruvian potatos, celery, and garlic. mmmmmmm
Snack: frozen black cherries
I woke up bright and early...but that just meant more hours to eat! I'm still not opposed to the idea of taking a sleeping pill and knocking myself out for the day beause **** my hunger is back today.
B: protein pancakes, diet hot chocolate and SF raspberry
S: small piece of pumpkin pie (damn damn damn but the day is young!)
L: chike protein shake, celery and PB2
S: nada
D: lettuce tacos, homemade tomato soup
Hope to get some kind of exercise in today - maybe a bike ride, or a run. Need to work off my early morning indulgence!
