Whatcha eating today VSGers...Wednesday!!!
Top of the morning Sleevers!!! Well today I woke up bright and early and went to meet a Personal Trainer. I enjoyed it because I KNOW for long term success I need to incorporate some weights into my routine. My problem is right now I'm ******g HUNGRY!!!!! I've already drank 64oz of water. Had my morning protein shake before/during my workout. Had my breakfast of coffee and gingerbread and OMG I'm about to die (not really) but I feel seriously like a FURNACE that needs fuel. I've opted for eating sunflower seeds while I'm typing this post. When I'm done I will go fill up another water bottle (32oz) and for my snack I will simply drink my Lindora Chicken Noodle protein soup. Ok I think I just needed to BREATHE and plan it out...smh...ok moment of panic averted.

Vits: I only took Calcium, need mutli after lunch & **** I ran out of my Celebrate grape iron chewables but waiting for my order to come in the mail. Stupid ass me for waiting until I was out before ordering some and here I am anemic. duh!!!
