Hey Ms Shell I see you got the recipe.  I just now am getting around to checking my email and saw you asked for the recipe on the whatchya eating tread.  Hope you like them I think they are pretty good for not being a real muffin.

I think so the gingerbread I made was made of a combination of coconut and almond flour.  It's now going to be part of my staple...I can't wait to try them out...

Wow....this looks and sounds great.....can't wait to try them....I have been baking for over a month on an average of 3 times a week....sending most to my son overseas and then the rest giving to neighbors and my husbands workers to enjoy.  I love baking, it just doesn't like me....seems as though I gain weight when I eat that stuff...????  These sound like I might be able to have one without getting too out of control.....thanks for sharing .... I am keeping up with my goal of being here and checking in....yay for me.

If you love baking (as do I) check this chick out.  http://mariahealth.blogspot.com/ she uses Almond and/or Coconut flour and alternative sweeteners (to splenda) and her stuff is DELICIOUS
